How To Order

Good Luck Iron has been producing handcrafted hardware since 1990.  We only supply to tattoo professionals with a registered account.

Please complete the registration form and we will get back to you to confirm that your account has been activated, usually within one working day.  Customers from EU countries should include their VAT registration number.

Please note: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses

Although you will be able to add goods to your 'Wish List' You will not be able to Sign In OR place an order until your account has been verified by us and we have emailed you to let you know that your account is now active.  If there is any problem or delay in setting up your account we will contact you. All product costs shown exclude VAT.

When you have your verified account details, sign in and start shopping.  When you find the product/s you're looking for select the quantity you want to buy and click the 'Add to Cart' button.  You can view 'Your Cart' at any time.  When you're ready to purchase your goods click on 'Checkout'.  Here you can review your order and make your purchase.

Click the 'Place order' button to complete the transaction.  Payment can be made by PayPal (subject to surcharge), Bank Transfer or Cheque (these may incur charges from your bank). You will be sent an email message confirming your order details when it has been successfully processed.

We will also send notification to you by email when your order has been despatched.

You can track the status of your orders and print copies of your invoices in the 'My Account' section of the website.
