How to Order
Create a Registered Account
Good Luck Iron has been producing handcrafted hardware since 1990. We only supply to tattoo professionals with a registered account.
If you have not ordered from us before you will need to create a registered account. To do this please go to the 'My Account' area on our website, select 'Register' and complete the registration form. Good Luck Iron will email you to confirm that your account has been activated - usually within one working day.
Please note you will not be able to Sign In, Order or add items to your Wish List until your account is verified and we have emailed you to let you know that your account is now active.
Customers from EU countries should include their VAT registration number including the 2 letter country code so we can zero-rate your purchases. If you do not include your VAT number you will be charged VAT at 20% on all items.
How To Order
When you have received an email to let you know your account has been activated, go to 'My Account', Sign In and start shopping.
Payment can be made by PayPal (subject to surcharge) or Bank Transfer (this may incur charges from your bank). You will receive an email from us confirming your order details when it has been successfully processed.
We will also send an email confirming when your order has been shipped.
You can track the status of your orders and print copies of your invoices in the 'My Account' area of the website.
